CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must give the office notice of appointment cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Upon failure to give 24 hours notice, you must understand that we will charge a fee of $25 for a basic visit and up to $75 for an advanced procedure visit.
